Order Book 1818-1823

p. 59 –  On motion of William Cowan, guardian to the heirs of Ebenezer Blackston, deceased, late a private soldier of the 19th Regiment of U.S. Infantry, who died in service at Fort Malden about November 24, 1814.

p. 213 – Jacob Phillips, a pensioner of U.S.A., is proved to have departed this life September 30, 1820.

Order Book 1823-1827

p. 69 – Satisfactory proof in Court that David Ellis, a Revolutionary War pensioner, departed this life March 2, 1824.

p. 84 – Proof made by oaths of Lawrence Demott, Jr., and William Verbrick, Jr., that William Verbrick, Sr., husband of Rebecca Verbrick, late of the state of New Jersey, departed this life in Mercer County, Kentucky, on January 31, 1824.

p. 100 – October 4, 1824, John Lafferty, Revolutionary soldier, deceased in North Caroline Line on the continental establishment.  Mary Lafferty is his widow and Fanny Lafferty his only child.

p. 186 – November 7, 1825, Henry Sparrow and Clayborn Franklin proved that Rosanna Franklin is the widow of Edward Franklin, late a soldier in Captain Edward Berry’s Company of Colonel Gabriel Slaughter’s Regiment.

p. 217 – Proof made in Court that Samuel Woods, Sr., a Revolutionary officer and penioner, departed this life on February 3, 1826.

p. 258 – Proof that John Bryant, a U.S. pensioner, departed this life August 15, 1826.

p. 264 – Proof made that Samuel Decker, a U.S. pensioner, departed this life August 9, 1826.

Order Book 1827-1833

p. 173 – Thomas Wilson, formerly a Lieutenant in the Illinois virginia Regiment, departed this life February 27, 1828.

p. 175 – Proof by Robert McAfee that Abraham Chapline, formerly a Captain in the Illinois Virginia Regiment, departed this life January 19, 1824.

p. 189 – Henson Short made oath that Horace Willis, Sergeant of U.S. 17th Regiment during the last war, departed this life at Fort Erie on October 26, 1814.  William Willis is his father and heir at law.

p. 358 & p. 359 – James Clark, late Revolutionary pensioner, departed this life October 12, 1821.  Sarah Clark is widow, and children are Robert and George Clark, Elizabeth Cays, wife of Charles Cays, and Sarah Grimes, wife of Moses Grimes.

p. 379 – David Williams, a pensioner of U.S. under the 1828 Act of Congress, departed this life November 8, 1831.

p. 404 – Proof by James Morgan that Thomas Doggett, now of Bath County, Kentucky, is the only son and heir at law of Benjamin Doggett who died in the Revolutionary War about 1779.  Said Benjamin Doggett was the eldest brother of Captain Richard Doggett who was slain or died during the same war.  Bushrod Doggett, father of Benjamin and Richard, removed from Fauquier County to Culpeper County, Virginia, about 1780.

p. 478 – William Verbrick and Peter Demott, Jr., proved that Peter Demott, Sr., departed this life October 15, 1832.  Mary Demott, widow.

p. 488 – Proof by William S. Fletcher and Washington Fletcher that James Clark, a U.S. pensioner, departed this life October 12, 1821.  Sarah Clark, widow.

p. 503 – John Ludwick and Nancy Tumey proved that Malachi Randolph, Revolutionary pensioner, departed this life December 27, 1832.  Elizabeth Randolph is his widow.
