For the names of the children for Pius & Mary Magdalene Spalding Carrico – I have different information for two of the children – Frances Pius – I have as Pius Nathaniel (listed as Nathan on a census record) – who never married and died bet 1870 & 1880. Frances Mary, whose baptismal record I have seen this way, is actually Francis Marion Carrico (male) – he married Mary Ellen Smith, sister of our Melvina Smith Carrico. Francis Marion (Frank) died around 1903 from an appendix problem which he refused surgery for.
