In the name of God Amen!

I, the undersigned, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and knowing the uncertainty of this life, do hereby make, publish and declare, this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows – to wit:

It is my wish and desire that my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral be paid.

I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife Philippina Klein all my estate, real, personal and mixed, wherever the same may be or situated.

Having heretofore advanced to my children hereinafter named sums equal to a fair division, I hereby direct my said wife Philippina to pay unto my said children hereafter named six months after my death as follows, viz., Elizabeth Constance five ($5.00) dollars, Daniel Klein five ($5.00) dollars, Magdalena Miller one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars, Frank Klein two hundred ($200.00) dollars, Bettie Purser twenty-five ($25.00) dollars, Charlie Klein ten ($10.00) dollars.  It is my wish that no inventory or appraisement be made of my property.

I hereby nominate and ask the Hon. Judge of the Campbell County Kentucky Court to confirm my said wife, Philippina Klein, Executrix of this my last will and testament without bond.

Witness my hand, at Newport, Kentucky, this 20th day of January 1893.

Signed and acknowledged by George Klein, the testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other, the day and date just above written.

The foregoing last will and testament of George Klein, deceased, was filed for probate at the above term of court and fully proven by the oaths of Jacob Lorsch, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and fully established as and for the last will and testament of George Klein, deceased, and as such is admitted to probate and record, which is accordingly done in my office.

Rest in Peace.  George Klein, born January 2, 1826, died March 5, 1893, aged 67 years, 2 months, 3 days.  Philippina Klein, born October 22, 1841, died July 5, 1900.  Evergreen Cemetery, Campbell County, Kentucky.
