What a lovely bride! How her groom’s heart must have swelled as he watched her walk down the aisle. The lace on the edge of her veil reminds me of my own 35 years ago – but this wedding was many more years ago; I would guess this photograph is from the 1920’s. She carries a most unusual bouquet, with tiny streamers falling from the flowers.
Chamblain Studios took the photo; it lists studios in Boston and New York. In Boston it was located at 161 and 164A Tremont Street and was active in the 1920’s – I was right about the date of the photo!
