Mrs. Martha Hudson died Friday at her home near Talmage. She was 84 years of age, and a noble Christian woman. Her long life was one of usefulness and love and there are many who are sadly grieved at her death. She was the widow of the late Napoleon Bonaparte Hudson, a prominent and successful citizen of the McAfee neighborhood who died about two years ago. Her funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home, conducted by Rev. Frank Clelland and Rev. Dudley Moore. Beside a number of grand-children she leaves three children, all well known and prominent citizens of that part of the county. The are Mrs. Jouett McCoun, Mr. T. J. Hudson and Mr. Robert Hudson.
