Know all men by these presents that we, John T. Blandford and William Wright, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the just and full sum of fifty pounds current money of Kentucky, to the payment of which well and truly to be made to the said Commonwealth. We bind ourselves, our heirs, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 26th day of January 1818.
The condition of the above obligation is such that whereby there is a marriage shortly intended between the above bound John T. Blandford and Miss Mary Eleanor Montgomery, daughter of Mary A. Montgomery, for which a license has issued. Now if there be no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue in law.
