  1. John Ed Carrico was my GGFather and his son Joseph Booth Carrico was my Grandfather. My Dad was Joseph Maurice Carrico who along with his brother Perry A Carrico owned and operated the Sprinfield Laundry and Dry Cleaners in Sprinfield. The laundry used to be located on West Main street just below Ceconnies(Spelling) Rest. They of course moved up to the present day location on High St. The laundry is now being run by 2nd and 3rd generations of Maurice and Perry Carrico.

    • Don, I am descended through Martha Ann Carrico who married William Peter Montgomery. Their son Robert E. Lee Montgomery, was my great-grandfather. His daughter, my grandmother, Mary Alice Montgomery married Joseph Rueben Carrico – I have Carrico’s on both sides of my mom’s family!
