KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Benedict E. Montgomery and William Wight, in the Just and full sum of fifty Pounds, current money, the payment of which well and truly to be made to the said Commonwealth, we bind ourselves, our heirs, Jointly and severally firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 2nd day of September 1817. The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a Marriage shortly intended between the above bound Benedict E. Montgomery and Miss Bianna Wight, daughter of the above named William Wight, for which a License has issued, now if there be no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue in Law.
