Ritchey and I fell in love with Maysville when we visited there last October – the city, the people, the history – the cemeteries! I had previously visited only three of the nine northern Kentucky counties we visited – all along the mighty Ohio River. I look forward to a return visit!

John H. Langhorn, drowned by falling from the Steamer Companion on the night of January 27, 1833, aged 32 years, 7 months and 16 days. Theresa A. Caldwell, wife of John H. Langhorn, born May 19, 1808, died November 1, 1832. Mary, their daughter, died September 1, 1832, aged 2 years, 4 months and 13 days.
John Trotter Langhorne, born January 4, 1779, died June 30, 1839. Elizabeth Baxter, wife of John Trotter Langhorne, born November 26, 1798, died February 5, 1879.

James B. Robinson, born October 26, 1798, died August 11, 1851, aged 55 years, 9 months and 19 days.

My Great Great Grandfather John Senteney Jr. is buried East of Mayville in the Old Union Church…..it is east off of Hyw 62 on 3056 just passed the creek. between a construction site south side! about 1 mile up the road.. It very run down ;-(…..
I wonder if there are any of the Harl/Harle family in this cemetery. It is certainly a large one!!
